Step 1: Prepare & Submit Your Item Link
Find the item you want on a Chinese shopping platform like Taobao, 1688, or Weidian.
- Copy the item's full product page URL
- Log into your CNFANS account and navigate to the "Order""Submit Link"
- Paste the link into the designated field. The system will usually fetch product details like price and color.
- Fill in the required details: size, color, quantity, and any specific instructions for the agent.
- Confirm and submit! The item will now appear in your "Pending Payment"
- Log into your CNFANS account and navigate to the "Order""Submit Link"

Step 2: Make Payment
Your order is now in the payment queue.
- Go to your "Pending Payment"
- Review the total: this includes the item costdomestic shipping fee
- Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Complete the secure checkout. Once payment is confirmed, CNFANS will proceed to purchase the item for you.

Step 3: Quality Control (QC) Review
After the seller ships to the CNFANS warehouse and it's received, the most exciting part begins!
- You will receive a notification that your item is in the warehouse.
- In your account, go to "My Warehouse"
- CNFANS will provide free QC photos
- Carefully examine these photos.
- Based on the QC, you can choose to "Approve""Return/Exchange"

Step 4: Submit for International Shipping
Your items are approved and ready to come to you!
- From your "My Warehouse"
- Choose your international shipping line
- Declare the package value for customs (CNFANS often provides guidance).
- You may be able to request value-added services like box removal, simple packaging, or reinforcement
- You will then see the final international shipping fee
- CNFANS will pack your parcel, provide a tracking number, and hand it over to the carrier.
